Adult Cremation Urn

Honor your loved one with this beautiful, hand crafted Medium Sized Cremation Urn. The Urn is made from 72 individually cut pieces of Walnut. This Urn will hold 1/2 the ashes of the average sized adult and is ideal for a family wanting to share a loved ones ashes among family members or is large enough for a pet up to 100 lbs. While this Urn is a beautiful memory Urn, it is also a beautiful art item that would look wonderful in any home décor. This Urn is ready for immediate shipment to anywhere in the USA. Urn Features:
This Medium Sized Cremation Urn features North Carolina Walnut. The Urn is constructed in what wood turners call segmented construction. This is done by cutting individual pie shaped pieces of wood and gluing them in rings and then the rings a glued together as a blank and turned on a wood lathe. This design allows the bowl to have an mosaic grain pattern and is stronger than a solid wood urn.

Details of this Urn:
The Urn measures 6-1/2″ in diameter and is 5″ tall. The volume of this medium sized my Urns is least 100 Cubic Inches. It is finished in several coats of Satin Lacquer, the same finish used in fine furniture. Included with the Urn is information on sealing the urn and long term care.

Thank you for considering one of my hand made Urns. I am retired and work out of a shop in my backyard. I personally make about 100 pieces (not thousands ) each year and every Urn is hand crafted from renewable and storm damaged forest products. Each Urn takes me about a day to a day and a half to make and finish, and I try to keep the the cost reasonable so you can have a beautiful hand crafted Urn that will honor your loved one.
